Automatic vehicle license plate reader for indoor use, installed at entrances or exits of the car park. License plate recognition via IP camera and OCR software specially designed for license plate recognition installed in the entrance or exit machines.

The BPME3 system is capable of reading the license plates of vehicles in motion when approaching the entrance or exit machine automatically, or once they are stopped on the magnetic loop of the pavement.
Functionalities of BP\MI2011
Informs the machine at the entrance of the license plate number as soon as it is visible, allowing it to be printed on the entry ticket in compliance with current legislation.
Informs the exit machine of the license plate number as soon as it is visible, checking that ticket and license plate numbers correspond to those generated by the ticket issued at the entrance, thus preventing possible fraud.
Gives permit-holders and owners the possibility of entering and exiting automatically through license plate reading of their vehicle (no need to use cards).
Large storage capacity in database of all license plate numbers read.
Option of automatic license plate reading while vehicles are in motion and approaching entrance and exit machines, or when stopped on the loop detector on the car park floor.
Alarm in car park booth to alert of possible fraud attempt on exit: when the ticket inserted in the exit machine does not correspond to the licence plate of the vehicle. Several management operations can be carried out to adopt the appropriate measures.
Synchronised colour video recording system of the vehicle (optional).
