Manual payment, control and management group

BP-410/C-TPV Touch Screen

The BP-410\C-TPV Touch Screen group has been developed based on our solid, integral Parking Management platform. As a result, the BP-410 group is not only prepared to work completely independently in small car parks without automatic entry/ exit control, but also to be integrated into the whole range of Bymar-Park S.L. products, making this a very attractive product.

Functionalities of BP-410/C-TPV Touch Screen

  • Possibility of extending to Bymar-Park S.L. integrated parking system.

  • Saves space, as the PC system, screen and display are integrated in a single compact unit.

  • Real time, multi-area, multi-user operating system.

  • A single computer integrates the following functions: car park, license plate reading, control of access of vehicles, pedestrians and lifts, and control of automatic doors.

  • Complies with the most current regulations: possibility of charging in fractions of minutes and printing of vehicle license plate number on the entry ticket.

  • License plate reading via black and white photography at both entrance and exit. Checks vehicle license plate on exit, with several configurable security options.

  • Flexible, simple to understand parking booth program, which allows five levels of access security: Administrator, Owner, Manager, Supervisor and Operator. Further levels can be created with different functions assigned or restricted for each one.

  • Real-time information from the main screen of available and occupied spaces, and total numbers of owners, permit-holders and rotating users in the different zones of the car park.

  • Automatic ticket reading when ticket is introduced into reader/validator in any position, giving arrival time, exit time, length of stay, license plate number, and cost of stay. Validation for exit is possible either automatically or waiting for an order, adding a time margin when exiting and being able to give clients a receipt.

  • Permit-holder/owner cards can be central magnetic stripe cards (reading in any position) or proximity cards (with optional high security internal chip).

  • Credit card payment in validator in one position, with special program to save all payments made during the day and send them via Internet to central banking system. Black lists of stolen or cancelled cards, etc, can also be downloaded and updated.

  • Allows manual (or automatic optional) generation of time discount vouchers (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins, etc) or of the desired value (0.50€, 1€, etc). As the characteristics are identical to those of the entry ticket dispenser, a packet of tickets is fed through the back, which can be printed, cut, counted and delivered through the lower hatch. Discount vouchers are constantly monitored, with the number of vouchers sold, used or expired being known at any moment.

  • The fully configurable rotating fee structure allows a very flexible payment method. This can be by hours, half hours, quarter hours, minutes and even free periods. It also enables configuration of grace periods at entrances, time margins to charge for the next fraction, and leaving time once the stay has been paid for.

  • Monitors any cash desk expenditure or reimbursement, indicating the reason.

  • Shift closure of parking booth attendants, with all tickets sold before end of shift and printed inventory of all payment and expenditure

  • Permit-holder management enables perfect monitoring, as each or several permit-holders can be associated with a fee, a schedule and an access calendar. The calendar is configurable for each day of the year, and excess stays generated by permit-holders outside their schedule can be monitored and charged for. Monthly rates and excess stays can be paid in cash at the parking booth, at the automatic cash machine or by standing order using the standard financial format ‘Cuaderno 19’. Management of owners is also monitored, but in a different way, applying fixed portions of tenancy utilities, such as: maintenance, electricity, water, etc.

  • Barrier opening via the management program, with the reason being recorded.

  • Record of all alarms produced in machines: open doors, revenues, etc

  • Fully flexible general lists: rotating users, permit-holders, revenue, transactions, cash machines, etc.

  • Flexible technical configuration for entry, exit, pedestrian, parking booth and ATM nodes.

  • Complete statistical system.
