Data sheet

Functionalities of BP-4000/CB

  • Real time, multi-area, multi-user operating system.

  • A single computer integrates the following functions: car park, license plate reading, control of vehicles’ access, pedestrians and lifts, and control of automatic doors.

  • Compliant with the most recently passed regulations: possibility of charging in fractions of minutes and printing of vehicle licence plate number on the entry ticket.

  • License plate reading via black and white photography at both entrance and exit. Checks vehicle licence plate on exit, with several configurable security options.

  • User-friendly and flexible gatehouse program, allowing for different preset security levels for access, being able to create new levels and assign or restrict different functions for each one.

  • Real-time information from the main screen of available and occupied spaces, and total numbers of owners, permit-holders and short-stay users in the different zones of the car park.

  • Automatic ticket reading by the scanner, giving arrival time, exit time, length of stay, licence plate number and cost of stay. Validation for exit is possible either automatically or by waiting for an order, adding a time margin when exiting and being able to give clients a receipt.

  • Permit-holder/owner cards can be barcode cards or proximity cards (with a high security internal chip).

  • Reader/writer with rear powering for tickets that can record, cut, count and deliver them through the mouth opening (optional).

  • Reader/writer for tickets and discount vouchers automatically without gatehouse operator intervention (optional).

  • The fully configurable short-stay fee structure allows for highly flexible payment methods. This can be by hours, half hours, quarter hours, minutes and even free periods. It also enables configuration of grace periods at entrances, time margins to charge for the next fraction, and leaving time once the stay has been paid for.

  • Monitoring any cash desk expenditure or reimbursement, indicating the reason.

  • Shift closure of parking booth attendants, with all tickets sold before end of shift and an itemised list of all payment and expenditure.

  • Permit-holder management enables perfect monitoring, as each can be associated with a fee, a schedule and an access calendar. The calendar is configurable for each day of the year, and excess stays generated by permit-holders outside their schedule can be monitored and charged for. Monthly premiums and excesses can be collected in cash at gatehouse, in cash or through direct debit using the financial aspect ratio according to the SEPA standard (Notebook 19-14). Owner management is controlled by applying fixed parts of shared expenses such as maintenance, electricity, water, etc.

  • Barrier opening via the management program, with the reason for this being recorded.

  • Records of all alarms produced on machines: open doors, collections, etc. General listings: short-stay, permit-holders, revenue, movements, payment stations, etc.

  • General lists: rotating, subscribers, income, movements, ATMs, etc.

  • Technical configuration for entry, exit, pedestrian, parking booths and payment stations’ nodes.
